help me build my aluminium fan cooled reflector hood

i am building a tig welded air cooled cfl reflector it is 22x44x6 high. the sides are sloped at 45 degrees and dont know if i will leave metal exposed or cove inside with windshield shades. the grow box it will go in will be 24x48x48 high and covered with windshield shades and i plan on 6-8 plants

I have a lighting ?
would i be better of using 10 26watt 6500 for veg and 15 23 watt 2700 for flower

Go ahead and line your hood with the "mylar"; Aluminum is not super reflective. How many lights can you run at once? Run as many CFL's as you can but make sure you have around 2/3 of the bulbs 6500K and the other 1/3 are 2700K. This will give you a nice broad spectrum of light for vegging. When you switch over to flower; use 2/3 of your bulbs as 2700K and the other 1/3 for 6500K. Hope that helps...

That sounds good, just make sure those lights wont trip a socket or whatever your lights are hooked up to. You might want some supplemental lights for the sides when you get into flower, but we can figure that out later.

i plan on putting th 10 6500k down along both 48 inch sides and 5 2700k down middle
does anyone know if i use 2 fans for intake and 2 for exhaust with ducts to outside of box could i get away with regular glass so temps dont enter grow box
