help me build a clone area

ok, so as the title says, lets build a clonebox/veg box. i want to use something small since my bloombox is only 42" tall and 3x3' wide and long. with a 400W HPS light. basically a bottom half of a closet. so i have an aquarium and a large rubbermaid tub. i want to use a couple 125W CFL's that are 14" long and at 6400K emit 8500 lumens each i think. should i use an aquarium, black out the sides so it doesnt kill roots, and float a styrofoam tray in the water with the roots growin in water. then transplant to soil for flower? or use a rubbermaid tub reflective inside with red 20oz cups for seedlings and clones and flower them around 7-8" tall. i just need help building a clonebox using the 2 125W CFL's from littlegreenhouse.com and utilizing the best way to grow. anyone have any ideas it'd be great! any other questions just ask. im just trying to build a clonebox.

You put the Hydro12 tub on the left CFL side of your Bloombox, and then you can fit two mothers in front of that in a cocoa pot. Unless I misunderstood you?
