Help. leaves are browning and getting worse

A week ago I got a new batch of teen girl scouts. they have began to brow on the fan leaves. at first I assumed stress, now it is still speading and getting much worse.20140227_220806.jpg20140227_220823.jpg

tap water at 600ppm? are you pulling out of a well on a farm or what? lol

you aren't spraying them with anything right? even regular tap water can have an effect like that
