HELP! Leaf "tacoing" and interveinal nutrient burn/deficiency?

Hey,

This is my second grow and I was hoping someone could help me identify these two issues I am having with 2/3 of my plants. I am growing in a 60"x32"x80" tent with an HLG 350R LED. The temperature in the grow tent is consistently between 19-26 C and 50-65% RH. I am using two Exhale bags containing CO2 producing fungi and run an AC Infinity fan for exhaust and allows for passive intake through other vents. I am growing in Roots Organic 707 mixed with 25% worm castings and a few tablespoon of Gaia Green All Purpose and Bloom. The plants are in about week 11 from seed and have been topped multiple times and some LST applied. They are growing in 7 gallon pots and I am watering every 2-3 days when dry. I was complementing with some Humboldts Secret (Base A&B, Tree Trunk, Golden Tree, CalMag and Iron, Plant Enzymes, Sweet and ) and Orca until I started seeing nutrient burn. Since I have only fed Golden Tree and Orca. I moved my clip on oscillating fan to a different corner and the next day the leaves on one of my plants were "tacoing". This same day I noticed the plant had mottled necrosis that was rusty looking in between veins (looks like Calcium, Magnesium or maybe even Manganese deficiency). Upcoming days one of the other plants had a couple leaves looking like that as well. I double checked them with my 50-1000X USB microscope and no signs of pests. The third plant is doing just fine. I uploaded some pictures for reference. Please let me know what y'all think and if you need any other information to diagnose.

Thanks and happy growing!

I forgot to mention that I am using tap water that I let sit for 24+ hours and pH balance between 6.2-6.8 pH after mixing the nutrients. The water is fairly basic out of the tap, but the TDS isn't too high. The first few feedings with Humboldts Secret line were about 600ppm.
