help identifying what the problem could be

OK so my little seedling looks like it's having some sort of defect Lol it doesn't look like nutrient burn or nitrogen deficiency my PPM's are at 937 and Ph is a 5.9 at the time of start I wasn't using the right amount of nutrient I was using way less like I had soil plants the roots look healthy water temp is at 67°F consistent so I don't know any help would be appreciated

Hoy shit, dude. My full grown girls never see 937ppm in late flower, a girl that size shouldn't be over maybe 350 at most. And pH would be better at 5.6-5.7.

I'm just following my schedule and she's not burning up no burnt tips or anything that's why it's hard to tell what the deficiency is
