help ,i think iv'e messed up.

Hey well i am starting to worry,it has been 2 weeks of 12/12 and not only have my plants not grown really anything in height maybe a few cm's but i haven't got any white hairs yet either.(the are fem'd seeds) ..I topped them about 3 or 4 days into the 12/12 cycle if this has anything do with it.I thought it was only meant to cotrol height though,not stop it altogether.The 2 new shoots that form after the topping are growing ....very slowly..have i messed this up guys or what?

Relax brother, take a deep breath. She should be fine, this is a resiliant plant, u may have stunted the groth a little but don't worry. If the plant is not dying, the plant will continue to mature into a beautiful lil girl..maybe next time do a lil more research on trimming....

hmm,yeh maybe it'll take an extra while for shock ,never thought of that.I'll probly not bother trimming next time,things were going so well i felt like i could do no wrong ,now i feel like an idiot who has ruined his first grow.I did it because i watched a video on youtube called something like grow weed indoors by this guy called mr green who was covered in green face paint .he waited a week into flowering to do it...probly shouldn't have listened to a guy who painted himself green..oh well i'll try and chill and what happens happens,just a bit anxious being my first grow and all,i'd hate to have wasted all this time ..peace

try a little epsom salt into your next feed ( i do it at day 11 and day 35 of flowering) it helps provide the plant with magnesium sulfate and this can allow the uptake of more micornutes, it just sounds like shock to be honest although u mite wanna check ur ph in case of nute lock.
