Help!! i think i have a small nute burn?? with PICS

the burn is slightly but the plant is very small ,only 2 weeks old from seeding..
any suggestion of what i have to do?

dont feed it nutes when its that young.
plus, that "burn" aint nuthin but a noob thang xD you should have seen my burned plant...daaaamn
