Help I don't know what to do about my lovely ladies

So I see my lady is growing to big for her "pot" and i don't know if I should transplant her because I don't want her to grow to big for the box set up. I took a picture of her outside the box to show you how much room I have in height. She's an indica if it matters. I heard if you transplant her shell grow bigger and I don't want her to grow to close to the lights but i also heard that if I don't transplant then ill screw up the yield. Please help me this is my first grow and I don't want to fuk it up. Thanks for your input guys

Big root ball = big buds!
Is it in veg or flower?

Not transplanting will make the plant go root bound and will stunt the plant and slow growth.
Being a Indica it will not stretch too much when put into flower.
You can expect probably a 1-1.5 times stretch in the first 2 weeks of flower.
So a 1' plant will end up at 2-2.5' two weeks after you start flowering.

I would sugest transplanting and using a method such as aggressively topping or LST (low stress training).
These methods will get you a nice wide bush while controlling height.

EDIT:
Just saw the pics.
Get pots small pots will work way better the a bottle bottom.
Plus you don't want to grow in clear containers.

That doesn't look root bound at all. You can still keep it in a pot that size, but not THAT pot. It's clear. That's a problem. Light degrades and kills off roots. Roots need darkness so get yourself another pot soon.

Yeah it's a clear pot bc I figure this way I can see the roots without having to remove the plant from the pot. Why if I wrapped a black shirt around the pot so I cover the roots but be able to see them when I remove the shirt would that work or would the light still reach them? Forgive my ignorance but what exactly is topping and pruning? I've heard of them but idk what they are exactly

The most likely reason its not root bound is that is never going to drain as well as a decent pot or grow bag.
The roots are staying to wet between watering.
Wet roots wont grow to search out new water sources if they have all they need where they are.

Yeah that would work, just make sure every little gap is covered, you want zero light hitting the roots. Topping is basically where you pinch off the new growth on the top of your plant, resulting in 2 tops to grow back instead of one, thus doubling your top colas. Search it up on youtube for some tutorials, it's really simple, easy and effective. i'd highly reccomend topping you plant soonish. Pruning is just like giving you plant a haircut. Removing the unnecessary leaves and branches. This gives the other branches more light where the leaves were stopping the light getting to them. Search that up on youtube too and you'll find some good tips and tutorials. Your plant is too small to be pruning atm so leave it a bit. Hope any of this helps and makes sense to you.

You know those HUGE Gatorade containers? I just cut the top off of it it's not cranberry but my other plug is in a gallon milk container. I have holes on the bottom to let water out. Another thing I was wondering. I have three plants in this grow box I'm wondering would I get a better yield growing three plants as big as the box will allow or if I just grow one plant to ill out the hole box. The box is about 18 inches wide by about 20 inches and the height is roughly 28 inches
