Help i am a noobt growin

Ok i started with 10 seed and all where male except one and she is doin fine i do have some questions is 3 26 watt 6500k cfls enough light and how long should i wait befor taking some more clones she is 8 inches at 2 months but is a bush also what would keep the soil from draining right the top half of my 1 gal pot stays wet while the botmo is bone dry

you can start taking clones now, no more than a third of your total branches. I don't know what your talking about in regards to pot drainage.
