HELP !! How much light at the beggining

Hi.
I started growing seeds ordered from Amsterdam indoor (i live in a tropical region and the temperature is a perfect 28 degrees C all year long) but now I need the recommendation of experienced growers because I can't find the answer on Google !
QUESTION : I germinated my seeds in tissue in the dark = perfect after 12 hours already got a 1cm root ! Now i carefully transplanted 5 seeds in their individual medium size pot and all they have emmerged from the soil with the 2 first rounded leaves soon straight : DO I HAVE TO KEEP THEM IN THE DARK or NOT ?
HOW MUCH LIGHT AT THE BEGGINING ?
I have 150 Watts MH and 400 Watts MH ... When should I start using such intense lights ?

untill leaves show up really no light needed at this time, you can put them under the 150w if you wish, keep a decent distance 12 inches or so because of the heat. Good idea to go ahead and set your am light time, and keep that the same, you can set your time to anywhere from 18/6 to 24/7.

Plants do not use light till leaves form as the light is used for photosynthesis.

So do I put them under the 150 MH at 18/6 (with timer) yet ? I don't want to risk to kill those babies And water once a day is enough as long as soil doesn't get dry ?

As far as I know watering once a day is usually overwatering. Only give it water when the soil is actually DRY, usually this is every 2 days ish, obviously water it more if your soil gets dry quicker than that. Investing in a moisture meter can't hurt either.

dude if you got any florescent lighting stick them under them for 24/0 once there about 3" you can then switch to 18/6 all life needs light including you an me good luck if you got a dome place them under it keep humidity high trat them like a clone mist them 1 / 2 times a day and keep soil damp

as soon as your seed pops out of the soil give it light.u can start with your 400MH just hang it 2foot above and slowly bring it down over a week or so

Do everyone agree with this ? That definetly can do any harm right ?

I will agree with it, as once the plant breaks ground there should be atleast sugar leaves present to start photosynthesis. I would start with some flouros over them and move them to the 400w in a week, will save some electricity too.
