Go to Hemp depot and buy a basic wiring book.

Check the union hall of the local 420?

no tell them you are putting in a home theater equipment there and need the dedicated line. mention NOTHING about growing anything.
you can buy a LOT of tomatoes for $1000; it will sound fishy.
