HELP HELP PLEASE

I’ve just gone to pot up my 3 week old baby and dropped her one part of the bottem of her with all the soil and roots in snapped off and she stayed in the other half’s with all her roots hanging down I’ve pretty much snapped the bottem of her home off have I killed her ????
 
Are you saying she broke completely off at the stem? If it's still connected you can make a splint out of something strong like a popsicle stick and tape her up to it. It'll actually try to heal over the snap. Just don't put the tape crazy tight and retape high or lower up after about a week and cut the old tape off
 
Yes there was one part of her with the top of the soil in my hand and then half of the bottem of the pot on the floor she completely separated from the bottem of her roots
 
She'll probably recover man. She just may be stunted for a few days as the roots regrow. Wouldn't be surprised if you see a little leaf damage as the roots recover.

If you snapped the stem, just do as above. I've bent and snapped and abused many a plant over the last while and they all seem to recover.

It is a weed after all.

Repot it and give it a few days. Turn the light intensity down a bit until the roots catch up again as you'll want to focus getting those roots regrown over focusing on growth up top.
 
The bottem half I placed in the new pot and placed her back on top where she was then covered her in fresh soil will this be ok

For sure, she'll recover. Give it a few day and she'll take off again. Just don't push it too hard with heat or light for the next few days.

I rely on my light for my heat tho I’m on 24/0 should I switch to 20/4 for a few days to let her get 4 hours rest ????
 
Do you have kelp or a root stimular?

I just did the same thing about 3wks ago. It happens.

It shouldn't set it back to much. Any time I have the mishap of damaging the root ball I follow with a drench to help stimulate growth.
