HELP HELP HELP!!!! new grower using a scrog PLZ helpp

well, my setupp is :

1x 125w CFL envirolight 6100k for veg
1x 125w CFL envirolight 3000k for flower

and i made a SCROG.

but first i have a problem
every plant i try to grow just stays about 1-2 feet tall w/ NO nodes at all.

one single skimpy stem w/ some leave.
i want a plant maybe 1.5 feet tall with like 2-5 colas. HELPP

im trying to get maybe 2 small plants from this.

if i can get an oz. id be hella happy

yeah about that im getting a camera in a couple of days but how do i keep the plant very short but with a nice amount of colas???
