Help have 220 de halide want to run 110

I recently bought a 220 nanolux de commercial 1200 it can be set to 600-1200 I want to run on a 110 . I know the Hobby light which is looks same with a 4x4 footprint (due to reflector being deeper can be run on both but not sure if I will screw up ballast by just plugging it in to 110.any insight am willing to open to make changes

Give me a picture of the part of the ballast with all the numbers.
 
Its says no, but an electrician might be able to help you out. I'm not one, why not run on 220? Sucks less from Wall in amps at least by half approximately.

dont have a 220 connection in grow room and a lot gone into this build 2000 aprox
