Help growing gelato strain

So I went to a club and bought a gram of gelato and a bunch of seeds came out. I planted them for fun and they actually started grow. I live in nor cal and ive just been putting them outside from 830 to 530 then I bring then them inside and keep them by my turtle light.

Can I get any suggestion on how to get them to grow healthy and fast?
