Help!! Found hermaphrodite 5 weeks into flower

I am currently 5 weeks into flowering and today i found what looks to be signs of hermaphrodite. I'm not 100% as ive never seen 1 before and don't know what to do with it. Any advice would be much appreciated

I would get rid of it if you have others and its something you can afford to do. The product wont shine.

I had the same problem last year and it fucked all my plants. My advice is to chop it up and use it in a compost pile. Bout all its good for. And also if you just have one plant you can keep it but the seeds will be trash. May give the seeds hermaphroditism
