Help fix nutrient burn!

Have just watered yesterday and now noticing nutrient burns. Soil is still very wet. Should I wait for it to dry before flushing with water or should I flush now
 
There are literally thousands of threads opposed to flushing plants with the exception of salt build-up
Post pics and explain issues but flushing is for toilets
