Light intensity and temp as well as other factors have a direct correlation to transpiration or water loss from leaf. My guess is that the minuscule root system as of yet cannot keep up with the demands placed on your leaves from your lights.

Long story short. Raise your lights or turn 1 light off completely to slow water loss through your leaves until your roots expand. Maybe even reduce temps a couple degrees for a few days. Also be sure to allow the pots to thoroughly dry down to force them to find water. When seeds naturally germinate in nature it’s typically not extremely sunny or extremely hot, mimic Mother Nature.
