HELP!Did Not Come With Instructions New Ebb-1/Ebb&Grow Hydroponics system

bought a new Ebb-1/Ebb&Grow Hydroponics system with 12 buckets but 1 was broken so i am using 11 and it came with no instructions i connected it the best way i could but the buckets are not filling up right and and it flooded my floor can someone help me

Wish I could help you but there is not enough info .... but try ....

• check all connections
• check pump is set up correctly
• check tubing

Try turning it on and visually inspect to see where the leak/s is/are.
