Help!! clones going yellow

...your probably going to have to list the process you went through, that got them to where they are now....to understand where you went wrong.

they are not getting enough water and they are too hot. keep them below 81 at most. plain filtered water, no nutes, pH around 6.5 if you can change it.
try flooding that tray with 1/4 in of water every couple hours. leave it for a few hours, drain it, then do it again.
roots will form even if the plant is completely under water
what light do you have on them? it may be too hot or too close. if it's above 200W HID it needs to be at least 2-3 ft from them, a strong light will drastically increase water loss. for the same reason, you can try cutting all the leaves in half (across the leaf). this reduces transpiration caused by photosynthesis. The only energy they get before they root is from the water, not the light

^Agreed. Also, they might have been taken from a plant that was starting to go deficient, or borderline. I used to have yellowing problems myself, and now I soak my cuttings in a really light nute mix before I go to clone them, and that has been working really good. Either that, or i feed my mother/s a few hours before i take cutting, and that works too. Also, one more thing....they will yellow if the cutting isn't making good contact with the rooting medium, so that's another thing to consider. 
The first thing I would do is to let the mother become a little N deficient. This will help the cloning process work better.^Agreed. What it does is make the cutting root better as it will be looking for the nitrogen it needs to keep growing.
When you feed the mother too much before you do a cutting, the cutting is going to be full of nutes and it's not going to feel like it needs to root in order to find nutes.
But others have said that you still want to feed the mother, just on a lighter schedule. Nothing too crazy, just lighter.
I've heard there are cloning machines that can help make the process better, but if you're not into that, just go the old route.
