Help Choosing LED Lights for 2x4 Veg Tent

I have decided to build a veg tent to accompany my 4x4 flower tent. I have been using a MH/HPS setup, but I'd like to explore other options.

I am building a 2'x4'x6' tent setup (could go for 7 feet tall if needed) and I have heard about cob lighting but I'm not sure if its actually more effective in terms of plant growth than the standard Samsung led tech.

I would probably be going with 1 of these Philizon linears:

or 2 of these 1500w COB setups plugged into eachother:

Either way, setup would be $200, the first seems to be more efficient in terms of energy usage, is that better, or will the lighting of setup 2 be the best option?

If you're capable of operating a screwdriver without a trip to a trauma center then a simple DIY option would be using led strips.
A perfect option for your 2x4 veg would be a pair of 44" Samsung SI-B8TZ91B20WW double row F strips on a HLG-185-48A driver.
I use simple 2" wide 1/8" thick aluminum strip as a heatsink/stiffener to mount the leds.
That fixture will outperform any of the ones you listed.

Get a 4 pack of Qb120 v2 + a Meanwell HLG-240H-C2100 driver. A little more than $200 all in but very nice setup.

Thank you so much for your advice, I have held off on my light purchase to look into a diy build. It will be my first endeavor of the sort but I'm interested in taking on a small project. I would like your comments but I'm a new user lol Happy Blazing Stay Amazing
