HELP! Cant raise my light anymore(Aero)

Running a Aero system that sits off the floor and my ceiling is only a lil taller then 6ft.

1st time aero, they grew so fast i should of went to 12/12 sooner, 3x times faster then soil

just over a week into flower, really stretched within the last few days..

its a floodtable converted into a aero system. with 81 2" net pots unders a 1k watter.
SOG.. babys are bout 6 inches apart

Do I TOP them now??
could set up a frame and try to scrog em?? never done a scrog(havnt lollipopd em all the way yet)

should i just set up a screen do a scrog? i cant think of any other option..

in same situation in the past i have used a screen now i supercrop just swueez the stem abd bend plant now like number 7colas will now grow upward towards light all side colas now get nore light creating more bud
