HELP! Bugs eating my outdoor seedlings!!!

I have 23 seedlings outdoors. Alot of them have 10 leaves, sum have 6. Im havin a problem wit bugs eatin on sum of my plants! How can I keep bugs off of them without harming my plants? It's supposed to rain all week, but if it's not raining tomorrow, I'll post pics. One of my plants leaves are almost all tha way eaten away!

Do they have little specs on the leaves? If so they are spider mites, get orange guard and some lady bugs.

you could also mix a little soap in a spray bottle of water - a light spray will deter or kill some bugs..
