HELP!!! Bud Rot OR....Bud Worm Problem

So for a few weeks now i just noticed some dieing buds i didnt think it was anything as it was at the bottem of my plant but it has now been happening from bud to bud and stolen a few of my precious kush buds.

I dont know if its either bud rot, or bud worms,,
I have read the budworm thread.

Please help i dont want to loose all of my plants to this!

have any pics....and if you say its spreading rapidly then it can be either or,,are they turning brownish and appear to be dying or does it appear as they are getting eaten..bud rot can spread rapidly and would cut the infected area off asap,, and buds worms you should be able to see i would think if its as bad as you make it sound..
