Help between the two

Hello , I am currently looking to upgrade my light setup I somewhat narrowed it down to two lights both by the same company

I noticed that the cool tube in this pic has a bigger hood then the vented hood. I was just wondering since the hood is bigger if that would be more efficient then the air cooled hood
