Help! Auto Red Poison too small! and some Bugs in the soil!!

Hello,
using a 2x2x5 growbox with a 400W MH for now(switch to HPS during flowering, which is this week).

I have
1 super skunk
1 Auto red poison (fast buds)
1 blue God
1 Northern Express (supposedly Auto as well) (fast buds)

The super skunk is doing really well,


they all have the same soil

the Northern express (in hydro) started off slow with PH problems but is now doing much better, pic below

It still hasnt started flowering yet (on the website it says 12-18 photoperiod) you think it is still too young or should I switch to 12/12


Auto Red Poison.

Started off well i may have given it some nutes at the beginning that may have stunted its growth but it feels like it is in the late stages of flowering although it is only week 4.
temperatures in the growbox range from 28 to 31 degrees (cant do much more as I live in a hot area)
have very good airflow with 3 fans blowing over them, a 200 CFM fan exhausting the heat out and another fan getting cold air from the house.

It is very small compared to the others

The buds are already purplish but I really want to know why its so small.
also there are really small black bugs that are around in the soil, i've seen them in the Auto red's soil but im guessing they probably infest all the rest.

Well it is an auto.Some are just really small like that.It doesnt look too bad for only three weeks

its just that i've seen Auto Red in other grow journals and at week 3 it is much bigger

regarding the small bugs, i dont think they're gnats as they are too small, is there any household solution I can use on the soil, i don't live in the states with specific products to tackle insects no hydro stores or anything like that just the usual Exotica (plant shops) and planting accessories.

I had a green Poison auto that was that small like that 3weeks into flower that I started inside then took outside once preflowers showed I trashed it. But my red Poison is about 13.5 inches tall with a lot redesh purple black looking buds but I put that outdoors when it showed first set of leaves in full sun.. I will take pics today when I visit plot to show you. IMO I think red poison likes the sun.

Also I have a ton of these little bugs in in my indoor soil I think they might be what your talking about. they came with the soil when I purchased but they don't effect my plants I just spray my babies with neem every 7days and everything is cool.

I had my plants under an MH for the first 4 weeks but the thing ia theres only 1 branch on the red poison which is weird
I just switched to a 400 HPS for the rest of the cycle that should be better yeah? As it mimics the sunlight

I live in lebanon so neen oil will be hard to find
Do you know of any other solutions, i put a saucer of vinegar on top of the soil like some people said but it didnt do anything
My other plants are really healthy so i dont know how much the bugs are actually affecting

Is there any way you can order it? Also even with switching lights your Red Poison will not really get any bigger Its already to far in its cycle. You don't have any more beans of it? My Red Poison was a pack of 3

yeah actually i have a friend and my cousin comin from the states, would you tell me exactly what product to get, i'll get it off ebay/amazon.

I guess i may have stunted its growth at an early stage maybe too much heat, i dont have a solution for that as I love in a hot climate, have a fan pulling cold air from inside the house and a high cfm exhausting air outside (box is on the balcony), it doesnt get over 31 degrees though. mostly around 29 and for a couple of hours a day maybe 30, but have 3 fans blowing around so theres good airflow

I bought my seeds from the states and got a lot to try different strains, so I only have 1 Red Poison. plus the Northern express, the super skunk, and the Blue god already planted.
Blue god has burnt tips and i feel it is also stunted but there is some new growth, im giving it regular phd water for now and waiting to see the sex (3rd day into flowering).

No don't top it. You should of topped it then gave it a week to recover then switch to flower. Are you doing Organic or Chem grow???

i dont know what you mean exactly by chem or org.
I guess chemical since I'm using General Hydroponics ?
organic soil though

over watering slows growth like crazy i use a spray bottle until they have a set of real leaves

you could top it
it will take a few weeks longer to finish
may or may not help at this point

I've decided not to top
I will clone it though, can i just cut any small part of it and transplant?
I think i may have overwatered in the beginning, it also got some heat stress and had burnt tips all over, but got the problem fixed
Still cant tell the sex (talkin about the blue god)

Had a little problem today want to know how much it will affect.

so i have a timer so that the plants get hours of darkness then before the light turns on id move the plants that need flowering into a flowering room (temporary arrangement)
anyway i forgot to move the plants so after 6 hours of darkness they got like 10 mins of light then i moved them back to the dark room. would it have been better to just keep them in light? or have i done somehting wrong?
