Help 4 closet growroom

Hey RIU.........im a new member to this forums and is gonna start my 1st harvest pretty soon......im growing it in a closet that isnt very big but i just wanna get sum advice.....should i put up black paper all over the walls or like aluminum so the lights can reflect....and i need help for finding lights...i no wat type of bulb to use and evrything but i dnt no wat lamps to get and where...i looked online and say lamps that are specifically for growing plants and stuff but its expensive imm looking for lights that i can just hang from the ceiling of my clost.....ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED

just go get alot of cfl and go buy some lamp kits and make your own outa somthing...get high and design some shit...and when ur sober build it LOL...worked for me when i first started out.

since im using a closet 4 a grow room do i still have to put a fan in there for ventalation ??
