Help 2nd week of flower leaves are brown on tips

So recently I was getting help from a thread and some nice gentlemen advised me to cut all my nutes off because I had lockout and nitrogen toxicity so I’ve been just using ph water for the first week ... it seemed to have helped ... But I got a few leaves crispy and brown and orangish spots on it I just gave it a feed of .5 mL of grow 1 mL of ferts 2ml of bloom 1.5 of cal mag ..... what’s the diagnosis? I really wanna get through this stage in tip top shape

Looks to me like a p, k, and maybe mag too. I’d foliar feed them with 1/4 tsp per liter each of cal mag and your bloom nutrient. Add a couple drops of soap too so the spray doesn’t bead up on the leaves.
