Hellp, shes dying.

well i left it out for two days with alot of sun,
BUT i didnt check up on it for those two days, and it's been really windy in san jose.
The stem bend over,
And one leaf feels kinda hard and crispy..

CAN SHE STILL LIVE? what should i do!

Just be tender with her, prop her up n keep her out of the wind

It depends, Plants can come back from some major damage but seeing it and knowing how big it is and the severity of it would be needed for a for sure answer. With the info provided I think if you just tie it back up and give it time it will recover, this happens to alot of noobs but for a different reason(they dont realize a fan is needed and let their plants stretch way too much by keeping the light too far away), but its the same basic result and they usually live, Only time can tell what will happen for sure but I think its got a good shot.
