Hello with new grow

Today is day 13 and I have 3 strawberry Diesel strain plants growing.. they are not liking life for some reason. I started them in peat pellets, they were slow so put them in some organic potting soil with some extra perlite added in. They are still not growing. I have them under a 1000w led TS1000 light. Plenty of ventilation and I don't think I'm over watering. Pics attached... I was thinking maybe it's the soil. It's a brand I got at the nursery here locally. I have a bag of ocean forest to put them in. Our is it just the strain.. they do look different... please help.....

#1 that soil meter is junk you might as well guess a number.
2nd I think your soils way to hot for a seedling. Try using something neutral until they get a few leaves.
No strains grow yellow bent leaves that's over fert

1000w led prob only 100 true watt anyways.
Still should be a good distance away for the beginning

Thanks... I transplanted them yesterday... I hope they survive....
