Even if it were in America, it would still suck because people caught with small amounts of Marijuana would still be forced to complete drug treatment. To me thats still not acceptable. Take away the drug treatment and it would sound good to me.

I'm with you. Like those "treatment facilities" aren't just as big of crooks as the people in Washington. If I feel the need to smoke weed it's my business and no one else's.
