Helicopters

hey so im new to growing, and of course growing outside in a feild with forest around it.
ill be growing 2 - 3 strawberry kush plant (look it up on ilgm.com if you want more info on it) anyways im planning on growing them to about 5 feet tall, and 3 wide.
will i get caught by helicopters? (i live in south eastern united states, so yes they are out looking every fall, and highly illegal).
if anyone here has advice on how to hide outdoor plants from helicopters, please tell me.

The odds of them finding 2-3 plants

Avoid trails to them

It all depends on how good the spotter is . Don't grow on large tracts of state land , power line or gas line right of ways, etc...

If you clear out a lot of vegetation around your plants they stick out like a sore thumb .

Smaller pieces of land closer to civilization are less likely to get flown .

Yeah, im growing deep in the woods (about 2 mile shity trail i made, i look like i got jumped each time i walk the trail so almost no shot people would see it, and if they do, they would not follow it)
also i live in a low pop density area, and as far as i know they run between 2 and 5 flights over my area a year.
The great spot im probably growing in a grown up area of a field in the middle of the forest (the plants are probably going to be tucked into the tree line or close to that)

biggest problem in gurrela growing is hunters they take random trails.
and you if you take the same road every time.around summer the grass will get really tall and any road you take will leave a trail any idiot can follow,

as for helicopters as long as your plant is not in the middle of a corn field where any idiot can say why is everything yellow but that ball in the middle is green....

Deer or locals finding it would be more likely.

i guess callign it a "field" isnt right, its a clearing, connected to a field in the middle of the forest.
its a pain for me to get back there even now, ive left giant thorn bushes everywhere like booby-traps
And in general its just a pain in the ass and out of the way, i hope no hunters will be going threw there though

if i see beautiful grass and a trampled line going in to torns i call that an adventure

Bow hunters are a pita if you have a Sept season like we have here . Sneaky bastards all camo'd up . Usually you'll see their vehicle and leave them be that day .

Biggest problem with hunters I had was after harvest during the fall/winter season . We liked to use the same spots over and over if possible . Some places got used over 20 years . Remove fences and all things like fertilizer bags , pots , etc ... . After you harvest, before you leave , cover the broken ground very well with other natural vegetation . Don't leave a bare spot . All stalks get pulled out or cut off at ground level and disposed well away from the grow .

I never liked to walk out with anything other than weed . It's hard enough hiding that without worrying about shovels and fences . Things like that get well hidden away from the grow for use the next year . And I mean WELL hidden . Hunters are always looking at the ground around them , they'll come back the next year if they see your shit .

Trash we'd bury well away from the grow . Use the shovel like a lever and don't actually remove chunks of soil . Just lever it up and push whatever you need to underneath it . Push the undisturbed ground cover back down and it seals right back up .

If you can get in the middle of the thickest patch of nasty shit out there like thorns do it . Crawl in on your hands and knees if you have to . Most thieves are lazy and if they see anything it won't look like much more than a coon trail .

Dont grow them in straight lines and dont have bare patches of dirt around them as from above these things are whats going to make those spots stand out. And in your case were you want to grow them quite tall your probably going to have to make sure ther are plants from other species that also are growing to similar sizes. And dont leave straight trails going right up to your plants, eg like grass flantend from you walking going in a straight line right up to your plants as from above this will stand out. Any pattern that dont look natural and are out of the norm in that whole field are whats going to atract attention from above.
