Height Restriction in Basement

So I'm growing in my basement but have a problem, my ceilings down there are only about 6 to 6 1/2 feet high and I plan on running 1000 watt lamps. I want to grow hydroponically because its what I've done in the past and what I'm most comfortable with. So what I'm asking you guys is if you have any methods or strategies you use in tight areas? Which system should I go with (one that sits lowest to the ground? which one?)? Any ideas or techniques (besides cool tubes) to keep my plants from getting to hott and burning? Arrangement? Reservoir location? Extra fans blowing on canopy/lamps? ANYTHING at all? lol. Thanks friends.

plenty of height. just scrog yer grow. set yer screen thirty inches high off the ground. i use a light mover on one of my 1k watt lights an leave another 1k watt light stationary.

You have plenty of vertical height - you could even do a non-scrog Stinkbud style hydro system with a shallow reservoir and ducted light system if you worked hard enough to find the necessary parts and goodies

CAP ebb and grow is good for limited headroom because the res is a 55 gallon drum and doesn't sit under a flood tray like typical flood and drain. So you save 10-20 inches there.
