Height of grow room - strain choice

Hello, i need some help from somebody experienced.
I am looking to grow in a cabin with 220cm high.
I am planning to grow with HID lights.
Can you please suggest some strain that provides medium to high yield, feminized, short harvest period and short height( enough that the lights wont burn the plants)??
I will be going to amsterdam this weekend so i need some suggestion.
P.s: i am a first time grower. Thanks for the support guys.

Get some indicas, which usually tend to be shorter and have a shorter harvest time. You can run sativas too, but you would have to do some topping techniques to slow vertical growth.
