Height control on flowering mothers

I had these 4 mothers (2 northern lights and 2 OG kush) and took 24 clones on march 18th and switched to 12-12 lighting the same night, they are 2 weeks into flowering and have climbed too high to my light (LED Mars hydro tsw2000). I can ziptie my light directly to the support poles in the tent and gain a few inches but feel like i still need to get the plants lower. how would you go about it? bend them all the way back under the net (seems like alot this late into flowering), tie them down with dental floss or something, get another net? thanks for any input

Don’t try supercrop at this point. Stems more than likely snap. You can try gently bending but you’re probably stuck. Raise the lights.

I have one PITA plant that I've supercropped every single day since 12/12. It really hasn't hurt it-some of the branches have like 15 bends in them lol. It's best to time things better, but it's better to supercrop than let the branch grow into the light.

I've tied and netted on the 3rd and 4th weeks of 12/12 without any problems.
The stem is easy to soften with some twisting back and forth over the area you intend to bend, even if it does buckle/kink/split the stem its not a major problem ime.

Thanks for the advice, I raised the light as high as possible and supercropped the 10 highest branches, 2 snapped but i was able to tape one of them, ill see how they recover and possibly do a second round if necessary
