I have 8 hydro plants and 3 are out of controll huge over powered others til they didnt grow.

Am i safe in thinking i can just about clip it to the stalk removing arms n shit to make it half the size like the others right ?
It will burst back growth like a monnster due to her huge roots right ?

Yeah you should be able to safely remove half of a plant without causing major issues. It will probably come back a littler faster because it was already so healthy but should at least help even things out somewhat.

you can Defoil how much and when really is up to that specific pheno

as you are looking for the plants Jasmonic response to repair the plant to your liking ..beware
