my grow room is at 29C is this too warm?
if so will adding even mor fans help
so far have a 4" inline that does 85m cubed and a 6" that does 235 pullin air out and a 4" as above that pulls air in with a 600w supernova reflector. with no fans room at 39C and I know this to be bad
is there any thing else thats cheep to help?

I'd say your OK but any warmer is getting too warm, The biggest risk is spider mites at that temperature.
As long as your plants have good air movement on them the internal leaf temperature will be OK.
Venting outside air into the room or an air conditioner (those portable ones, not the window ones unless it running a lot in the winter won't cause nosey neighbors to question what's going on) is the only cure.

I think the only thing that can help given your more than adequate ventilation is lowering the temperature of your intake. Air conditioning is probably the solution here.

During flowering your plants will especially benefit from those low temperatures.
