My plants are badly damaged from heat stress and i was wondering what is the best way to help them recover??

let them recover in the dark for a period of 24 hours, ventilate and resume normal activity. also consider adjusting height of lights/

I have fixed the heat problem so i will the them rest for 24 hours. thanks.
