Heat problems

Hello guys,
Im having heat problems inside my 60x60x150 cm growtent. Last time i checked (it was like 4 am or something) it was 35°C which is unacceptable. Im using both extractor and intake fans(pictures below) and hlg 135w qb (which heats alot even with driver outside). I see 2 possible solutions, getting bigger extractor and intake fans and reducing the qb wattage so it heats less but i want opinions before spending money.
Also, ive only grown 2 plants and in both cases the sugar leaves started to yellow and dry too early, no crystals and no high, i think it has to do with heat problems.
Can someone help a newbie because im thinking in quitting the hobbie :/

What are the temps in your house?
Are you extracting the heat out of the tent and room to either outside or another room?

Which fan are you using for extraction of the two you posted?

A lot of options including running lights at night to start. A lot of us grow outdoors in the heat and flower them indoors etc.

Move somewhere colder;-)

Does it stay hot for a prolonged period?

Those fans are garbage first off. Second you will never get the tent cooler than the air you are using to cool it so what are the temps outside the tent? Are you exhausting the heat outside or into the room the tent is in?

Depends on which portable a/c unit you have. I have 2. One is a two part reverse cycle. With the fan unit that sits outside. Apparently you can set it up so the moisture runs out the fan unit outside but I haven’t figured out!? so I have a 50ltr reservoir that collects the water run off and manually bucket it out roughly every 3rd day (I also have a big dehumidifier that you have to do this with also. I dose co2 via a generator and the byproduct is water vapour so gets very humid!) I did look at getting a float pump that once the level in the reservoir gets so high the pump kicks in automatically and pumps the water outside, but just another expense and something to eventually fail imo.
The other is an all in 1 unit and you have to run exhaust ducting out of the room/tent most of the moisture goes out with the hot air.
I use the 2 part unit for flower room as the cooling unit recycles the air in the room (essential when supplementing co2) rather than drawing it in and pumping it out, if that makes sense??

Some strains like it warmer than others like sativa strains. But to a degree.
They THRIVE better with good airflow.
You may be getting mixed up with air exchange?? No or low air exchange will stunt growth or kill plants!!

My closet runs between 80 and 90 with lots of airflow and they seem to be fine. Just keep the amount of other stressors in their lives to a minimum.

That's where I run too, but they get plenty of air flow. So far I've been getting good results.

Yeah. Someone told me that if heat is the only stressor and its below 100 degrees it should be just fine. But once you get another problem the heat seems to compound it so just gotta stay on top of it all.

The problem with prolonged heat stress is it creates other problems with the grow, so it’s never the only problem. In prolonged heat stress nute burn becomes a problem due to increased respiration, so you have to cut back on your feeding during this time. In super soil the pant uptaking what it needs is bypassed and it ends up taking more than it needs. You have hermies, nanners, decreased yields and potency. The effort to just keep them alive to harvest and the final outcome isn’t worth it. Either grow in AC or in non-summer months.

That's a good point I didn't mention. I always do my growing in late fall and winter, and get enough (way more than enough) to last through the summer.
