So I've put my tent up 120dr using a mh for veg with a small fan inside and extractor fan think its 6inches, I have set it up in my spare room of apartment I live in the canneries, so it's fairly hot anyway, so in the spare room is s ceiling fan which I leave on, I can't put my cooltube to my window because it goes on to the walk way were other people live so don't smell leaving, my current temp is 31-32 with fans on at night, is there anyway I can get the temp down? I'd love to get it to 26

Your post is really hard to understand, but I'll try and help anyways.

First a few questions:
What watt light are you using?
Is your ballast inside or outside of your tent?
What cfm is your fan?
What size is your grow space?

Your best option is to vent the air to the outside of that room. It can still be in the apartment, just outside that room. I have a 550cfm for my 400w hps with a 25ft duct running outside my room. My temps stay at a steady 79.5 with 45 humidity.
