Having lots of trouble with this dry and cure!

So I harvested my two Bubba kush trim them and hung them thing is its 100 right now in so cal so I have the a.c on thru out the day thing is stems were starting to almost snap so I trim the buds and put them in a jar in only two day I checked on them about two hours later and they seemed pretty wet took them out on table for a few hours and every time I put them in jar they get damp fast and smell like wet weed kinda is the bud molded I have them just sitting out right now on counter cuz I don't wanna mold them if there still good what should I do please help

Brown bag them for now. Try to roll a joint out of a fat bud twice a day. When the joint will burn like it should, put them back in the jar.

Consider screen drying.

Leave the bud out in the open until it's dry enough. When you put them back in the jars. Pour them out again when you 'burb' the jars. Spread the buds out. No clumps of stuck together bud. You don't have to leave them out for hours. Just long enough for the extra moisture to gas off. Feel the bud, if it's overly sticky, it still has the over the limit on moisture. You can also weight the buds. They'll lose 75-80% in water weight over the cure.

There will come a point to where the moisture level sinks and stabilizes.

The outside dries quickly in dry air, so you think the bud is dry when really there's lots of water inside. When you put it in a closed container, that inner moisture is able to equalize to the outer parts. So you just keep taking it out for a while until the outside gets dry again and putting it back in the container until it's evenly moist, repeat until it reaches 57-63% RH. I favor 57-58 myself. Boveda packs help, I hear. Never used them myself. The 63% ones are popular.

Few minutes ago I poured out four jars into one big oven pan. Layed the buds out flat. Checked them out and then back in the jars. Mixed back up. Different buds to different jars. Bigger buds were stuck with the smaller buds that dry out fast. The plant was dried 7 days but some parts had more moisture then expected. It was a tall plant.

This will be last dump out of the jars. They're dry enough but not too dry.
