im kinda new to the indoor hydro game, but i got alot of friends who been here and done that, and its helped me overcome some of my room issues, but there always seems to be a neg. to everything i fix.

im sure there is more info here than any where else, so im politely begging for some help.

here is my problem.....

i have a 2 light set up (1000w) over 2 4x4 tables, 12 bubbas per table, 20gal rez each. automated drip system runnin 1 time a day for 20 min. at first i was ducting the air tho the carbon filter intop the lights and out the room, worked good too. but i had to make a step up to co2. so i changed it to pulling fresh air from outside tho the lights and out the room. the filter now runs on its own in the corner. right away my humidity jumped trough the roof (70-80%)
and temps went up a lil due to the decrease of air flow, now the room is sealed off and co2 is up and running (1300 ppm) man what a difference too...

but this set up is a constant battle for temp, and humidity, i have a huge dehumidifyer and its working to keep it down in the 50% range, but that thing puts off some heat, pushing temps to just under 90 when lights are on, and low 80 when there off.

i know a 2 duct a/c unit might help, but the cost of the unit, and power to run it is quite scary after the bills im getting already.

i know the co2 works a lil better when the room is a lil warmer, but whats the limit, im in my 2nd week of bloom now, and im very nervous i might ruin the crop if i dont know my limitations......

please any advice your pro's could share would be greatly appreciated....

thank you in advance...

a dehumidifier is a very inefficient portable ac unit. you have 2 choices. first you can get creative with cardboard and duct tape and some vent tubing and vent the hot air coming from your dehumidifier out of the room. second by a small portable ac to replace dehumidifier. they have a vent hose to vent out the heat. and it cools room. duel hose ac units a the way to go but cost a few bucks more. i was able to covert single hose units to duel hose units with ducting and duct tape if you wanna save some dollars i tell you how.
