Have problems with steams bending over

I think the title is self-explanatory. I really need some help.

Get the light CLOSER. Theyre stretched out. Also re bury them deeper into deeper pots at least half way.

Lights are WAY to far away. what kinda like you got going? CFL??? it should be 1-3 inches from the top of the seedlings..
When the stems get some increased thickness to them, transplant and bury them. if you do this too early you could get stem rot.
