Have i made a big mistake or will my impatience pay off???

Iv had a few fem seeds germinating for a while now (nr 2 weeks!) and nothing so in haste today i went out and bought some new seeds...........

I have bought some Green House Seeds...... 5x Neville's Haze fem'd

i stupidly didnt do ANY research on GHS before i left but they looked and seemed appealing over the others on offer.

iv now got back and just read a 9 page debate about GHS of which i have taken note but it hasnt helped me in what im thinking.........

is this strain any good to grow? what your experiences if any with Neville's haze? i dont really mind that they may buy the cannabis cup or rip off clones etc i just want cold hard facts on what these seeds should produce!!! or have i bitten off more than i can chew???

the seeds i was trying to germinate (and will keep trying to) are 4x very old stella blue's from a while ago which i was hoping to mother :( but i will keep them in germination just in case

I read in a recent post that if you have some slow seeds you can gently "scar" them. Line a matchbox with fine sandpaper, put a couple seeds in it and shake gently a few times. I don't remember who posted this tip, could have been GOD or BT, not sure. Anyway, I actually made one of these using a small jewelry box. I'll never know for sure if it helped, but I had a couple that were taking too long and I let them dry and tried it. They cracked a day or two later.

Good news!! 1 of the 4 stella blues had germinated rather nicely yesterday so i now have that in a rockwool starter and 1 of the Neville's Haze has also germinated rather quickly!!

will check the rest later

It looks like your problem is solved. Good luck with your mom. I recommend daylight tubes 24/7 and a 400w/mv, 18/6 for your mom.

yeah that was the next thing i need to know as iv never tried it before, just HOW do you keep a plant for a mother plant? how long can it be kept for? etc etc.....time to get reading again i guess lol
