heres my question guys and i think i might have buggered things up. i got 3 plants in 3 inch rockwool cubes that i want to put into an NFT tank that i been doing LST on the stems. ive not used a fan on them enough i dont think an hour here or there. as the main stems are about as think as a pencil and the stems coming off them are even thinner. they about 12 inches high at moment. ive got them under a 250w cfl light but when i move them to the tanks i will be putting a 600w HPS light with a more powerful fan do you think they recover.
