Has Anyone Used Glacial Rock Dust?

I picked up some glacial rock dust at random to top dress my plants in 5 gals, i was wondering if anyone thinks its worth using? and if so how much should i use?

No, but only because I can't source it locally, and the shipping is more than the cost of the product.

Since I was only going to pay to have one shipped, I opted for Azomite, another rock dust.

*I* use a healthy 1cup/cf of mix of the Azomite and would use the same for the GRD. No way it can burn, or be over applied.

I hope you are recycling your mix as any of the rock dust's take years to fully break down and IMO, work better the second time around.

BTW, top dressing with it is sort of an exercise in futility, it really needs to be mixed in. Won't hurt anything, but isn't going to help much either.
