Has anyone taken apart a manufactured LED grow light?

Hello all,
Has anyone taken apart a manufactured LED grow light to see how the "insides" work, how it's put together and what parts were used? We all could definitely learn from this.

yeah all ud find is the leds soldered in a chain with a resistor on the end so the wattage coming from the power dosent go full strength thru the leds and blow em out..ive made my own led light but i tell u its not cheap and dosent cover shit all space.....y u planning on taking some leds or adding some more on.... hold on some have blown?

I am sure that all those who spent loads of money on LEDs can´t wait to rip them apart.

I don't have one as of yet. I rather not lay out the cash for one that is already put together. I am one for DYI since I rather spend the cash on Knowledge and possibly put one together.

I'm not worried about the light penetrating the canapy since I plan on growing tomatoes in a Rubbermaid and cropping their height. If I have to, i will place CFLs in the tub as well. It's all about less power consumption with with me and possibly use solar panels.

LOL, do I sense sarcasm? However, you do have a point. I'm sure the ones who bought a LED light rather not take their light apart after spending $$$ on a unit. My question was directed to anyone who has taken one a part.

There are many components in an LED grow light system. Main board with diodes and step ups if you buy the good shit, then your power supply, thermostatic sensors, fan speed sensors, main board thermostat and shutoff sensor for the instance the cooling system fails, the system shuts off. I don't want to go into too much detail, as these are my products I'm speaking of

where did you buy the actual led bulbs and what wattage were they.
