Has Anyone Seen This Before? Need Help Identifying

This weirdness is exclusive to all of my Afghani strains I'm running at least 5 other strains in this tent but this is the only one with this problem. Soil is my own mixture of organic potting soil, vermiculite, amd perlite. I've fed one time with a bat guano, wormcasting, seabird guano, etc. Tea. Just wondering if anyone has seen any ting like this before.

I'm not experienced enough to diagnose, sorry.
I will give it a bump though.

Sometimes seedlings do have a retard stage initially, but do grow out of it. My two cents but hey im not any professional by any means! One of my ladies was like that, shes a monster now. Biggest of them all!
