Which strains ?

It can happen with any strain. Things like that are just genetic quirks usually. I just sprouted some Nepali Temple seeds and one came up with 3 sets of leaves, (triploid), and I've had that happen with other strains over the years too. You'd think you'd get 50% more from plant like that but as they mature they end up looking like all the rest and don't yield any more than them. Years ago I had a plant grow 4 nodes about 5 nodes up so topped it and used it in a DWC ScroG. That was it's destiny! lol

Or reverse hermies. A male plant that starts growing female flowers among the balls. That's happened 3 times. I do not us that pollen for making more seeds.

Just a quirk of nature but who knows. It might have other quirks like super high THC levels or just be crap. Make sure you get a rooted clone or two before flowering it out just in case it's the bomb! I've missed a few good ones by not doing that.

:peace:
