Harvesting seeds

Long story short, I missed the window to take some clones this harvest. So I sacrificed one plant and pollinated it to get some seeds. (and I moved this plant away from the other girls)

Not my first grow, but this is my first time trying to make some seeds. I can see the seeds starting to develop, but is the process for seeding the same as harvesting buds? Like do i leave the nugs on the plant, scope them and cut when the trichs are cloudy like harvesting bud? Do I need to cure them? I've searched but I haven't been able to find any info on making seeds, so any firsthand experience or knowledge would be appreciated.

u want to feed seeded females pretty much what u feed them in veg. not a lot of P and plenty of N. leave the buds alone wait until the seeds are ready they will look nice and fat bulging out of the calyx
